Diabas Bata’s entry into the Romanian market took place in 2005 when our company, headquartered in Timișoara with a workplace in Arad County at Career Stone Bata, made its debut in the field of natural stone exploitation. Basalt Minerals GmbH, in association with Trust Constructii Rädlinger S.R.L., operates Diabas Bata S.R.L., a Joint Venture (50% / 50%). The company manages the career stone and processing facility in accordance with Romanian laws and sells high-quality aggregates for the construction industry. The certified products are approved and can be used in construction, even in areas with high requirements. The company owns a modern mobile processing facility, mobile equipment, and the necessary exploitation concessions and environmental permits, all of which enable normal business operations. The deposit is predominantly located on privately leased property.
Diabas Bata’s stone quarry in Arad County, Bata, produces and sells quarry products, quarry aggregates, crushed stone, sorts, and asphalt screenings. Our wide range of products is used in national and local projects, such as road construction, highways, hydrotechnical works, railways, and concrete buildings.
